No Refund Policy

Formatic operates on a no refund policy for all subscription and one-time purchases. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer remorse
  • Service underutilization
  • Technical issues or service dissatisfaction
  • Account inactivity
  • Incompatible use cases

Subscription Cancellation

While we do not provide refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain full access to all features during this period
  • No further charges will be processed after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires

Credit Packs

One-time credit pack purchases are also non-refundable. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and can be used for translation services as needed.

Service Availability

Formatic strives to provide reliable service, but occasional technical issues may occur. We maintain our no refund policy even in cases of service interruptions, as this allows us to provide affordable pricing to all users. Instead, we focus on resolving any technical issues promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare exceptional circumstances (such as severe service outages lasting more than 7 consecutive days), we may consider providing service credits. All such cases are reviewed individually by our support team.
